1. Sponsor: The Alta Air “Ride Into Comfort” Dirt Bike Giveaway (the “Giveaway”) is sponsored by Alta Air Conditioning & Heating, located at 1230 W 2600 S, Woods Cross, UT 84087
(“Sponsor”).

2. Eligibility: Open to legal residents of Utah, 18 years or older, who own a residential property within the Alta Air service area at the time of entry. Employees, contractors, affiliates, and immediate family members of Alta Air are not eligible.

3. Giveaway Period: Entries accepted from February 1, 2026, at 12:00 AM (MST) through April 15th, 2026, at 11:59 PM (MST).

4. How to Enter:

• (a) Automatic Entry (Purchase Method): Receive one (1) entry for every qualifying purchase from Alta Air during the Promotion Period. Qualifying purchases include complete residential system replacements (furnace, air conditioner, or heat pump).
• (b) No Purchase Necessary (Mail-In Entry): Send a handwritten postcard with your name, address,

  Cross, UT 84087 Mail-in entries must be postmarked by April 10th, 2026, and received by April
  15th, 2026. Each mail-in entry counts as one (1) entry.
  
  

5. Prize One: (1) winner will receive a customized 2023 Husqvarna FC350 Heritage Dirt Bike (approx. retail value $8,000 USD). No cash or prize substitution permitted except at Sponsor’s discretion. Winner is responsible for all applicable taxes, registration, and licensing fees.

6. Winner Selection & Notification: Winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries on or around April 15, 2026, in celebration of Alta Air’s 23rd anniversary. Winner will be notified by phone and/or email within 7 days. If no response within 7 days, an alternate winner may be selected.

7. Publicity Release: By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to allow Alta Air to use their name, likeness, photo, and city of residence for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

8. Odds of Winning: Odds depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

9. General Conditions: Alta Air reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Giveaway if fraud, technical failures, or other factors impair integrity. Attempts to tamper or damage will result in disqualification. Sponsor decisions are final in all matters.

10. Limitation of Liability: By participating, entrants agree that Alta Air, its employees, and affiliates are not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage resulting from participation or prize acceptance or use of the prize.

11. Privacy: Information collected will be used solely for administering this Giveaway and per Alta Air’s privacy policy.
