Alta Air 'Ride Into Comfort' Dirt Bike Giveaway

1. Sponsor: The Alta Air “Ride Into Comfort” Dirt Bike Giveaway (the “Giveaway”) is sponsored by Alta Air Conditioning & Heating (“Sponsor”), located at 1230 W 2600 S, Woods Cross, Utah 84087.

2. Eligibility: The Giveaway is open only to legal residents of the State of Utah who are at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of entry and who own a residential property located within the Sponsor’s active service area. Employees, officers, directors, contractors, agents, and representatives of Sponsor, as well as members of their immediate families and households, are not eligible to participate.

3. Giveaway Period: The Giveaway begins on February 1, 2026 at 12:00 a.m. Mountain Standard Time (“MST”) and ends on April 15, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. MST (the “Promotion Period”).

4. How to Enter:

There are two (2) methods of entry:

• (a) Purchase Entry Method: Eligible participants will receive one (1) entry for each qualifying residential system replacement purchase (furnace, air conditioner, or heat pump) completed by Sponsor during the Promotion Period.
• (b) No Purchase Necessary Mail-In Entry Method:

  To enter without making a purchase, participants may mail a handwritten postcard including their full name, residential address, phone number, and email address to:

  Mail-in entries must be postmarked no later than April 10, 2026 and received by April 15, 2026. Each mail-in entry constitutes one (1) entry. Mechanical reproductions or bulk mail entries are prohibited.

5. Prize: One (1) winner will receive a customized 2023 Husqvarna FC350 Heritage Dirt Bike with an approximate retail value (“ARV”) of $8,000 USD. No cash substitution or transfer of the prize is permitted, except at Sponsor’s sole discretion. The winner is solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes, registration, title, insurance, and licensing costs associated with the prize.

6. Winner Selection and Notification: The winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received, on or about April 15, 2026. The winner will be notified by phone and/or email within seven (7) days of selection. If the selected winner does not respond within seven (7) days, is found ineligible, or declines the prize, an alternate winner may be selected.

7. Odds of Winning: Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.

8. Publicity Release: Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of the prize constitutes the winner’s consent to Sponsor’s use of their name, likeness, photograph, voice, and city of residence for advertising, promotional, and marketing purposes without additional compensation.

9. General Conditions: Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Giveaway if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs the integrity of the Giveaway. Sponsor’s decisions are final and binding in all matters related to the Giveaway.

10. Limitation of Liability: By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor and its officers, employees, and agents from any and all claims, damages, losses, or liabilities arising out of participation in the Giveaway or acceptance, use, or misuse of the prize, except where prohibited by law.

11. Privacy: Information collected from entrants will be used solely for the purpose of administering this Giveaway and in accordance with Sponsor’s privacy policy.

12. Winner List: To obtain the name of the winner, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to:

13. Governing Law: This Giveaway is governed by the laws of the State of Utah and applicable federal law. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Utah.
